Reports of UFOs across Texas

Several Texas TV stations reported on a mysterious UFO seen in the Sunday night sky over different parts of the Lone Star State in July 2023.
In fact we found news coverage from Wichita Falls, West Texas, the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin and Corpus Christi!
Texans across the region observed the unidentified flying object (UFO) and it got people talking…or filming with their phone that is.
“The neighbors all come out and we sat out in the street and visit about the weekend and everything else,” Wichita Falls resident Steve Wilkinson told KFDX/KTJL. “That’s exactly what we were doing when the little light in the sky appeared and for some reason, I grabbed my phone and videoed it. As soon as you saw it, you knew it wasn’t a plane, so I was thinking it was a falling star, and if it is it’ll be amazing to see because it’s big.”
The UFO’s appearance lit up social media as observers tried to determine its origin and nature.
We can confirm that is was not the creatures, not meant for human eyes, in our Gateway Houston escape room game.

While some initially speculated that it might be a Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) or some extraterrestrial event, the mystery UFO was later revealed to be associated with a SpaceX Falcon 9 B1058 launch happening 7:50p.m. CT on Sunday evening.
“SpaceX did a launch out of Cape Canaveral, Florida, releasing some Starlink satellites that actually passed through South Texas. That’s what a lot of people saw,” said NewsWest 9 KWES Meteorologist Dan Grigsby. “If you see a bright light in the sky, chances are that it’s a satellite. Other times when you see a string of lights, which is also pretty common out here, that’s just a string of individual lights which represents satellites that are up higher in the sky. That’s why they’re not as bright.”
Starlink satellites are launched to help bring high-speed broadband internet to areas where it might not be available around the world.
Next thing people are talking about is that X on their Twitter screens.
Back to UFO’s, in Washington, D.C., the House Oversight Committee is bringing UAP talk to Congress this week!
