Locktopia featured on KPRC 2’s Houston Life

Thanks to KPRC Channel 2’s Houston Life with Derrick Shore and Courtney Zavala for featuring our newest Houston escape room Locktopia!
In the segment, Kick boredom to the curb with these 6 kid-friendly ideas for summer in Houston – Fun things to do while social distancing, Mommy Nearest contributor Amanda Sorena said Locktopia, located in the Inner Loop 610 near West U. in southwest Houston, is a kid-friendly destination.
“Escape rooms are great,” Sorena told the Houston NBC affiliate’s audience. “This one is a little bit more geared towards kids ages 9 and up. One is a wizard-themed and the other one is a steampunk-themed where you are trying to save time-travelling scientist. This particular one has a lot of COVID-19 measures in place.”
Sorena told the channel 2 audience other Houston kid-friendly ideas include online camps/virtual summer camp fairs, drive-in movies, park activities, hikes and museums.
In addition to a great kid activity, Locktopia Houston also is ideal for birthday parties, date nights and team building exercises.
