Locktopia featured on KPRC 2’s Houston Life
In the May 29, 2020 segment, Kick boredom to the curb with these 6 kid-friendly ideas for summer in Houston – Fun things to do while social distancing, Mommy Nearest contributor Amanda Sorena said Locktopia, located in the Inner Loop 610 near West U. in southwest Houston, is a kid-friendly destination.
“Escape rooms are great,” Sorena told the Houston NBC affiliate’s audience. “This one is a little bit more geared towards kids ages 9 and up. One is a wizard-themed and the other one is a steampunk-themed where you are trying to save time-travelling scientist. This particular one has a lot of COVID-19 measures in place.”
Sorena told the channel 2 audience other Houston kid-friendly ideas include online camps/virtual summer camp fairs, drive-in movies, park activities, hikes and museums.
In addition to a great kid activity, Locktopia Houston also is ideal for birthday parties, date nights and team building exercises.
Thanks again Derrick, Courtney, Amanda and Joe Sam! Hope to see you soon!
